What is a virtual run?
A virtual run lets you complete your chosen distance from any location and submit proof of completion online.
Where Do We Deliver?
World Run accepts registrations from participants around the world. Complete your challenge anywhere, and we’ll deliver your finisher rewards to international locations.
Can I accumulate the distance?
Yes. You may complete the distance in one activity or combine multiple activities during the official challenge period.
Can I register for more than one distance?
Yes. You may register for multiple distances by placing separate registrations for each challenge.
Can I use a treadmill?
Yes. Treadmill records are accepted when the distance and completion details are visible.
When will I receive my entitlements?
All World Run finisher entitlements will be prepared and shipped after the event period has officially ended.
How do I submit my result?
Use the Submit Results page and provide your order number, registered email and result screenshot.
Can I Accumulate my run distance?
Yes! Your selected distance does not need to be completed in one run. You may accumulate your kilometres across multiple runs during the World Run 2026 event period.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact World Run support with your order number, photos of any damage, and delivery information. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps
